What if we could see our city and ourselves the way God sees us? With vision that is 360 degrees, everyone is special and important to Him. How did God and his Son look over cities during his time on earth? How did this view shape the way he lived his life and his ministry? Always looking for needs, a 360 view was seeing, attracting and impacting all kinds - the outcast and the rich, the unreligious and religious, the Jew and the Gentile. Paul had a similar vision and calls us to have a 360 mission. "Become ALL things to ALL people, so that by ALL possible means we might save some.
What if we could pray 360 - with all kinds of prayers and requests? How would these prayers shape our lives and the way we pray, and help us respond to our world through these prayers
This is what the next few months is all about - changing and shaping the way we view our city, our lives, and allowing God's view to take hold of us, giving us 360 vision!
As we have striven to be "Devoted 2019" to God, his word, the year of the Lord's favor and to go; our prayer is to finish the year of devotion with a full circle view of our city through God's eyes.
